Income: You must have a stable and regular income to prove your ability to repay the loan. Centrelink payments can be used as a secondary or supplementary income source, provided you also have other forms of income.

Credit History: You must have a good credit history, with no recent defaults (paid or unpaid), outstanding debts, or active payday loans. A clean credit record demonstrates your ability to manage finances responsibly.

Financial Stability: Lenders may also assess your overall financial stability, including debt-to-income ratio, and may require you to provide proof of your financial situation.

Bankruptcy: You cannot be currently bankrupt or involved in any legal actions such as a court judgment related to debt or bankruptcy.
