  • For appointment bookings: When you book an appointment through our Microsoft 365 calendar (in person or via MS Teams), Microsoft may process the details you provide for scheduling purposes.

  • For website visitors: We collect information through cookies, analytics, and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. We may also use similar tools in the future.

We do not intentionally collect information from minors, and our services are not directed at anyone under the age of 18.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for service-related purposes, including:

  • Following up with leads who contact us via the website.

  • Contacting brokers regarding mentorship or outsourcing queries.

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments through Microsoft 365.

  • Processing loan applications (only after you confirm you wish to proceed).

  • Providing access to calculators, resources, and tools embedded on our website.

  • Client information: Your details are never shared with lenders until you agree to proceed with a loan application. At that point, your data is provided to the relevant lender to determine eligibility, loan terms, and borrowing capacity.

  • Broker information: Your details are used internally for mentorship and outsourcing follow-ups. They are never shared with third parties.

  • Service providers: Microsoft may process your appointment booking information for scheduling purposes.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Our measures include:

  • Encryption of sensitive data.

  • Access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel only.

  • Strong password protection across all systems.

  • Use of a dedicated server, meaning third parties cannot access our client or broker data.
